Into the Unknown

I used to naysay everything.  I’d claim that I was looking at the whole picture, but really, I was just scared of the what ifs and the unknowns.  Truth be told, I’ve lived a lot of my life in fear.

But I’m working through it!

I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to, and that’s speaking from personal experience.

You don’t have to be the Debbie downer in the room any longer!

In the past year I have transformed my life in incredible ways, just by adjusting my perspective.  It hasn’t been easy and it takes hard work and dedication, but little by little I’ve seen myself becoming the person I want to be, and it’s amazing to experience.

On my good days, I look at the positives.

On my bad days, I look at the positives.

On days that I live in fear of what lies ahead, I pull back, and live for the now instead.  The future’s not set in stone.  We don’t know which way it will go. Our subconscious merely predicts what will happen based on past personal experience.  It thrives on patterns and repetition.

So let’s mix it up!

I have put myself into situations of uncertainty more this past year than I have in the past decade, and yea, it’s a lot, but it’s incredible.

My husband and I started our own company, and through leaps and bounds it’s coming together.  We’ve experienced many obstacles that sometimes we are unsure how to proceed, but we keep going.  We keep going because on the other side is something that we want.

Your subconscious will tell you what you desire is too difficult.

Your subconscious will try to pull you back into your comfort zone.

The truth is, your subconscious is just scared because it cannot predict the future when you are breaking the mundane habits of everyday life.

What are you to do?  You keep pushing forward!

So keep throwing curve balls my friends.  Be the wild card.  Get out and experience everything you’ve ever wanted in life.

You’ll never be ready, and the world won’t wait.
